Please find below the steps to make your booking online:
1. Flight search, flight selection and passenger details
When you make your flights search, we scan all possible flight combinations for your itinerary with over 665 airlines. You can also book your flight and hotel in one package, saving up to 40%! Once you have selected the flights, we need you to input the passenger details. It is important to verify that all given information is correct, especially email address, dates and routes selected, as well as the full names of all passengers as shown on your passport or ID. For most of the airlines, you will also be able to add baggage and select your seat. Please note that some airlines may charge additional fees for these services, while some others may not permit to add baggage online.
2. Booking details and payment
Once all the passenger information is entered and prior to the payment, you will have the chance to add more services to your booking, such as travel insurance for assistance and/or compensation in case of unexpected events or our Standard and Premium service. During this step, you will have to introduce your payment details by selecting card number, card holder and CVV number. The payer doesn't necessarily have to be one of the passengers. At this stage, you will be able to request an invoice or add a promo code, if applicable. Prior to the purchase of your booking, we advise you to verify that all the provided information and the summary of the trip are correct. You will have to click on "Purchase" if you wish to complete your booking.
3. Payment confirmation
Once your request has been confirmed, our system will proceed to make a charge to the indicated credit/debit card or to the PayPal account, if applicable. If payment is accepted by your bank, the amount confirmed during the booking process will be charged.
4. Booking confirmation email
Once your tickets are all successfully issued, you will receive a confirmation email (please check your inbox and your junk email folder). Your tickets will be issued within 24 hours after payment has been validated. In most cases, tickets are issued minutes after payment has been confirmed, unless you have selected a special service that may require the confirmation of the airline (e.g. special assistance for passengers with reduced mobility, passengers travelling with pets, etc.) Please note that our system makes random security checks before confirmation in order to guarantee a 100% safe transaction. This check may delay the issue of your tickets by an hour or more. If your transaction does not pass our security checks, we will contact you via email.
5. Flight status and Check-in online
Occasionally, airlines modify their flight schedule due to circumstances outside of their control or internal organisation issues. For this reason, we advise you to verify your flight status 48-72 hours before departure. You can automatically check the status of your flight via our chat service. Also, remember to check-in online, in order to reserve your seat and reduce the queue times at the airport. Remember, that some low-cost carriers might charge you if you don't check-in online before arriving at the airport.
