Price freeze allows you to freeze the current price of a flight for a specific duration of time, by paying a deposit. Prize freeze only works on Prime flight fares. It’ll hold the Prime price, giving you time to plan your trip and avoid rising costs.
How does Price Freeze work?
- Search and select your flight.
- Choose Freeze price & book later
- Add your details and pay a deposit to freeze the price of the flight.
- Download the app and complete your booking by paying the remaining amount.
- If the flight price lowers you’ll only pay the difference between the deposit and the new price.
- If the flight price rises we will cover the rest, up to the amount specified during the booking funnel.
- If the flight prices rise over that amount you will be prompted to pay the difference.
- The Service is only valid for the selected airline ticket(s), flight, time, dates, cabin class or number of passengers.
Where do I find my PriceFreeze?
You can manage Price Freeze directly through “My Trips” in the App.
Who can use Price Freeze?
- When the flight is eligible, customers can freeze the Prime price by paying a deposit and adding their details. You’ll need to use the same details when you’re purchasing the fare afterwards.
- When you’re ready to redeem your frozen flight, you’ll need to be a member of our Prime subscription. If you’re not a member of Prime yet, we will help you join our program during the funnel.
How long does my Price Freeze last for?
We can freeze the price of your flight for the period of time displayed before the purchase of the product. After that, Price Freeze will automatically expire.
Can I cancel my Price Freeze?
Price Freeze is a non-refundable purchase. If you decide not to proceed with the redemption of the frozen booking, the Price Freeze product will automatically expire. No further action is required.
What happens if my flight gets cancelled or modified?
In the unlucky scenario that your flight gets cancelled, we will refund you the full amount of the Price Freeze deposit to the same payment method used for the purchase.
What if my flight gets sold out?
If you are trying to complete your flight booking and the selected flight is no longer available, you’ll get a message in the app and the deposit will be refunded.
What can I do if I get a payment error when booking?
If you clicked on "Purchase" and encountered an error message about payment issues, we suggest that you contact your card issuer to verify what happened. More information here.
Can I book a different flight from the original?
Unfortunately this option won’t be available. Price Freeze can only be used for the specific airline ticket you selected at the time of purchase and it cannot be transferred to a different flight.
Log in the app using the same email used in the original purchase.
