How can I buy Fast Track passes?
There are two ways to buy Fast Track passes: on the App or our website (not yet available on mobile browsing).
Once you have a booking with us, you can buy Fast Track passes for your origin airport(s) in the My Trips area.
Why are Fast Track passes not available in My Trips?
Fast Track passes can only be purchased under certain conditions, depending on whether you’re buying from our website or the App.

You can buy Fast Track passes if:
- The first flight of your booking has not yet departed
- Fast Track is available for at least one origin airport
- You have not yet bought one or more Fast Track passes for this specific booking
App:
You can buy Fast Track passes if:
- The next flight (including the first) in your booking has not yet departed
- Fast Track is available at the origin airport of your next flight
If your booking has more than one flight, you can buy a Fast Track pass for your second (or nth) flight if:
- The previous (first) flight of your booking has already departed
- Your second (nth) flight has not yet departed
Fast Track is available at the origin airport of your second (or nth) flight.
Can I buy Fast Track passes only for certain passengers in my booking?
No. You can only buy Fast Track passes for all passengers in the booking.
Do I have to buy Fast Track passes for all origin airports in my booking?
No. You can choose which origin airports within your booking to buy Fast Track passes for.
My flight has been cancelled: can I get a refund for my Fast Track passes?
No. Fast Track passes are not linked to your flight and are non-refundable. However, you can still use a Fast Track pass at the origin airport for which you bought it if your pass has not expired.
Can I use my Fast Track passes for other flights?
Yes. Your Fast Track passes are not linked to a flight. However, it has to be the same origin airport (if it is terminal specific, also the same terminal) and the pass cannot be expired.
Where can I find the expiration date for my Fast Track pass?
The expiration date is located on the Fast Track pass itself.
If I already bought a Fast Track pass for one of the origin airports in my booking, can I buy another for a different origin airport and flight in my booking?
Yes, but only in the App. You can buy Fast Track passes for an upcoming flight’s origin airport if the previous flight(s) in your booking has/have already departed and Fast Track is available at that airport.
I already purchased my Fast Track pass: when will I get it?
You will receive an email with your Fast Track pass 23 hours before departure. You will also receive a confirmation email shortly after finishing your purchase.
If you bought Fast Track for more than one airport:
- You will receive a confirmation email per airport
- You will receive an email per airport with the corresponding passes attached
What do Fast Track passes look like?
Fast Track passes are delivered as a PDF document that contains all the necessary information to use this service (QR code, bar code, or other). All passengers in the booking will receive a pass for each airport.
What can I do if I don't receive the confirmation email after purchasing a Fast Track pass?
Please contact Customer Support and we will confirm whether your order has been processed successfully. Remember that the Fast Track pass itself will be delivered 23 hours before departure.
What can I do if I don't receive my Fast Track pass 23 hours before departure?
Please contact Customer Support and we will resend your Fast Track pass. Remember that the pass itself can only be delivered 23 hours before departure.
What payment methods can I use to buy a Fast Track pass?
You can only buy Fast Track passes with a debit or credit card.
