What is the difference between Premium, Standard and Basic service?
We offer customised services to our customers, so that you can choose which one best fits your needs.
Premium - with this option:
- You'll receive the complete information (booking confirmation; schedule change notifications, notification of delays and boarding gate information ...) by email and SMS
- You'll have also a customised mobile site, with all the necessary information for your trip
- You can contact with us through e-mail or through an exclusive phone number
- Do you need to make changes to your booking? All amendments are free of charge (except for eventual penalties and fees applied by the carrier according to your fare rules).
Standard - this option will allow:
- You to contact us through a low rate phone number
- You'll obtain all the information regarding your booking through a customised mobile site
- Booking amendments are also free of charge (except for eventual penalties and fees applied by the carrIer according to your fare rules)
Basic - with this limited option:
- You will only receive your booking confirmation via e-mail
- Voluntary changes and cancellations are subject to £25 fee per passenger (in addition to any eventual penalties and fees applied by the carrier according to your fare rules)
