Our promise:
We are so confident in our Prime Accommodations that if you are not happy with your stay booked with us, we’ll give you travel credit for your next trip.
What do I need to get the Satisfaction Guarantee benefit?
Conditions:
You won’t be eligible for a travel voucher if:
- you are an employee of eDreams ODIGEO
- you are not a Prime member
- the booking has been cancelled beforehand and stay dates are not overdue
- the value of your booking is under 100 £.
We reserve the right to check the details provided, with the property mentioned, within 24 hours of the submission of your Satisfaction Guarantee request. If we can’t find evidence of your stay, your claim may be declined.
This Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to accommodation, and doesn’t apply to any other booking type (e.g. flight, car, hotel+flight, etc.).
Your granted travel voucher will amount to 20 £, a fixed amount, regardless of the total value of the initial booking. The travel voucher will be redeemable only on eligible properties and for the accommodation bookings of a minimum value of 250 £.
How do I get the Satisfaction Guarantee compensation?
Use this form to submit your request within 24 hours after completing your Prime accommodation stay booked on Opodo website.
To make the process as smooth as possible, please submit your request via our online form within 24 hours of completing your stay:
- Subject Line: Enter “Satisfaction Guarantee request for accommodation.”
- Category: Select “Request” from the Contact Reason menu, then choose “Satisfaction Guarantee.”
- Your Feedback: Provide a short description of why the stay did not meet our Prime standards.
What happens after I request the Satisfaction Guarantee compensation?
- If we have all the required information, we’ll check whether your request meets the conditions above. If it does, we’ll issue your 20 £ voucher via email.
- The voucher will be issued after your stay has been completed and validated.
- The travel voucher will be redeemable only on eligible properties.
- Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for the voucher to arrive in your inbox.
