We are so confident in our Prime prices that if you find something cheaper within 24 hours of booking your flight or hotel with us, we will refund you twice the difference.
What do I need to get the best price guarantee refund?
To get your refund, the offer from the competing provider must must match our offer in the following criteria:
For flights:
- Same flight: flight number, dates, times, airports.
- Same booking class (Economy, Business, etc).
- Same passenger type and number involved in the trip (e.g. number of adults, children or babies).
- Same fare type and ancillary conditions (baggage, seating, etc).
- Same form of payment used.
For hotels:
- To be eligible: you must be a Prime member & the offer must be for the same property (including any category of room and inclusive meals/beverages) and for the same check-in and check-out dates. It must also be offered under the same cancellation policy.
- You will not be eligible for a refund if the offer is part of a loyalty programme or does not specify the accommodation type.
How do I get the best price guarantee refund?
Use this form to submit your request within the first 24 hours after booking your Prime flight or hotel on Opodo’s website.

- Write “Best price guarantee request for flight” or “Best price guarantee request for hotel” in the subject field.

Select “Claim” from the “Contact Reason” dropdown menu, then choose “Best price guarantee”’ from the “Category” field that follows.

Add a short description of the competing provider’s offer and the link to it.

Attach screenshots of both our offer and the competing offer (including all fees and taxes).
Note: The screenshots must show the final booking step on the competing provider’s website (prior to concluding the booking).
What happens after I request a refund?
If we have all the required information, we will check that the competing offer meets the conditions above. If it does, we will start processing your refund.
The refund amount will be twice the difference between the lower price and what you paid, which we will deposit in the bank account you used to make your booking.
Please note that it may take up to 10 working days to arrive in your account.
