How to accept the voucher?
To accept the voucher, click on the button "Accept voucher" available in the email we have sent to you.
How to use your refund voucher?
Redeemable using our app for Android or iPhone. By downloading our app you will be able to store your voucher in our new in-app Wallet feature until you're ready to use it. We’ll send you regular updates to make sure you get the most out of your voucher before it expires.
What is the voucher expiry date?
This voucher will be available for 18 months. It can be used to book flights until the credit expiry date indicated in the email we have sent to you.
What is the voucher value amount?
The voucher value will be indicated in the email we have sent to you.
What if the credit is not enough to cover the total price of a booking?
The remaining amount must be paid by card. Valid for all fares and any additional services you book. Please note that in order to redeem your voucher, you should use the same email address you used in your original booking and book your flight using the app from the country of the original booking. Our terms and conditions apply to the booking. We reserve the right to partially or fully cancel the voucher or the booking in case of fraudulent use.
In case you do not wish to accept this voucher
If you do not wish to accept this voucher then please click on the link available in the email we have sent to you and we will continue to work with the airline in order to secure a cash refund. Unfortunately, due to the COVID government restrictions and unprecedented volume of requests, many airlines are unable to process cash refunds in normal timescales and this will likely result in many more weeks' delay.
