You may notice that you have not yet received the refund amount you were expecting. This could be for one or more of the reasons below:
a) We send refunds out as and when we receive them from the airline or hotel, so you may receive yours in several parts.
b) The airline or hotel provider has only issued a part-refund for your cancelled flight/hotel according to the fare rules or the applicable policy (in case of an involuntary disruption).
c) Note: Ancillary services, discounts and Opodo fees may not be refundable.
In case you requested a Voluntary Cancellation
You will be refunded the eligible amount for your flight according to the airline fare rules minus any fees as per Opodo terms and conditions.
In case you requested a refund due to an Involuntary disruption:
You will receive the eligible amount of the flight according to the airline or hotel fare rules. Remember Opodo does not charge any fees to process this refund.
