You are required to cancel your flights if you wish to request a refund of your ticket.
If you do not cancel before departure and you do not turn up for the flight, this is considered by the airline as a "No show".

Most refunds can be processed by us without referring to the airline, providing that we strictly follow the fare rules and conditions of the ticket.
If the refund needs to be referred to the airline, for example in the case of strikes, coronavirus, schedule changes, illness or death, we will need to send your request to the airline for authorisation.
Airlines are currently taking an average of 30 days to process refunds despite the fact that, under EU Regulation EC261/2004, airlines are bound to refund within 7 days.
Payments from third party providers will be received by us and passed on to you. Be assured that once we do receive the refund with the relevant and valid information attached to it from the airlines, transfer of refund is made in 7 days., to the same payment method used in the original booking.
