What are airline booking details?
These are a set of booking details we create to book flights on your behalf. We do this to avoid possible delays or confirmation issues when airlines have complex booking or check-in processes. It also helps minimise unnecessary data sharing when possible.
Your assigned details will include an email address and the airline reference number, or a password.
You may notice that the email address is different from your personal email, which is normal.
You will still receive important information and updates in your personal email.
For more information about our booking processes, see our Terms and Conditions
Where can I find my airline booking details?
You can check your assigned details in My Trips following the steps below:
- Go to My Trips
- Log in or enter your email and booking reference
- Choose your booking
- Select See more under the section titled Airline booking details
Keep in mind that if you have more than 1 flight, each flight will have its own booking details.
You can also access each set individually from your itinerary.
When should I use my airline booking details?
You may need to use your assigned details to retrieve or manage your booking on the airline’s website.
Important: Your assigned details should only be used for managing your current booking through the airline website. Please do not use them for any other purpose.
