In most cases you'll be able to cancel your booking online in "MyTrips", however it won't necessarily lead to a refund.
The amount to be refunded depends on the fare conditions of your tickets, insurance and service contracted. Depending on the fares and conditions of the airline, you may be entitled to a full, partial or no refund. Most budget tickets are generally not refundable.
Some airlines may also apply a cancellation fee, and there are always elements of a booking that are non-refundable. Opodo will charge £25 administration fee per ticket (unless you have selected a Standard or Premium option).
How do I cancel my booking?
Go to MyTrips to request the cancellation of your booking.
On some occasions, and depending on the carrier you are travelling with, you might have to contact the airline to request the cancellation. In these cases, we will let you know what you can do.
If your ticket has Free Cancellation period or you have purchased the 'Cancel for Any Reason', you can cancel directly by clicking 'Cancel Now':

How can I cancel my booking if I’m already checked in?
There are some things we can’t do if you’re already checked in.
If you want to cancel your trip, you’ll have to cancel the check-in directly with the airline and then return to My Trips to proceed with the cancellation.
