To update or change your Prime membership, call us for free - any time and for anything - on 020 86 11 89 71. The Prime hotline is your dedicated customer support. Available 24/7.
Prime subscription renews automatically once your subscription period expires (including free trial periods). The annual subscription fee is £69.99. This amount will be charged to your credit card. If you do not wish to continue your Prime subscription, cancel before your subscription (or free trial) expires.

How do I access my Prime account?
- From your computer: click on “My account” in the top right corner of our website’s homepage, then “Log in”. Enter the email address and password used when you signed up.
- From the browser on your smartphone: tap on the menu with three lines in the top left corner of our website’s homepage. When this menu opens, tap on “Log in”. Enter the email address and password used when you signed up.
- From our app: tap on the “Profile” icon in the lower right corner of the app’s homepage. Then, tap on “Join now” in the upper middle section of the screen. Enter the email address and password used when you signed up.
I can't log in to my Prime account
What should I do? Try resetting your password. To reset your password:
- On our website: go to “My Account/My Prime” (it’s on the upper right-hand side) and select “Log in”. Then, click on “Forgot your password?”.
- On our app: go to the “Profile” in the lower right-hand corner. Then, tap on “Join now” at the very top of the page. Select “Log in” and tap “Forgot your password?”
In both cases, you’ll receive an email with instructions.
If you use Google or Facebook to log in to our site, you’ll need to reset your password through them.
