You can always check the status of your booking by logging in to Manage My Booking introduce your ten digit booking identification number and email address.
Bookings are normally confirmed immediately after payment. As soon as the transaction is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your hotel details. If you can’t find it, remember to check your spam and junk folders, as our emails can end up there.
Booking confirmed
If your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your hotel details. Remember to check your spam and junk folders if you can’t find it.
Booking request in progress
We can’t always confirm a booking immediately. This can be because we’re waiting for confirmation from the provider.
In any case, we’ll always send you an email with the progress of your booking request. If necessary, our Customer Care Team will give you a call with an update.
Booking request not confirmed
In the unlikely event that we’re not able to confirm your booking request, this is what will happen:
We’ll send you an email explaining why we weren’t able to confirm your booking. It may be due to the following reasons:
- The services you tried to book are no longer available.
- Your fare changed and we weren’t able to confirm your request at the price you chose.
- There was a problem with your payment method.
We’ll then proceed to refund you the entire amount of your booking request, and you’ll be given the choice of how you’d like to receive it:
Through the original payment method you used. Depending on your banking authority, your refund will be available in your account within 7 days. If you still don’t have it after this period, we advise that you contact your bank directly.
Note: This information applies for bookings with 10-12 digits. If your booking has a different format, please refer to your confirmation email, where you will find the way to contact your hotel provider.
