Easy ways to handle your needs
We have created easy ways to handle different relevant customer actions or your petitions regarding our services directly through your booking, the account, or our Support Area:

Regarding my account:
- I want to access my account. Click here and log into your account.
- I want to close my account session. Click on “Log out” in your account, and your account session will close after that action. You will be able to log in anytime after that while your account is active.
- I want to cancel my Prime membership. Check our article here.
- I want to modify my payment details in my Prime membership. Click here, log into your account, and change them in the Payment method section. Also, if you have a Prime membership account, your payment methods used when booking will be included there as informed in the booking funnel.
- I want to erase my Opodo account. Click here, log into your account, go to “Account details” and click on “I want to delete my account”. This can only be done if you have no upcoming bookings or an active Prime membership.

Regarding your trip:
- I want to access it, to review the passenger's and trip information, including the check-in details. Click here and log into your account and, if you don’t have any, access your trip directly with your booking ID and email.
- I want to rectify my passenger’s data for an already booked trip (for example, I’ve realised that I incorrectly introduced a passenger’s name) which requires the airline or hotel or other travel service provider to change the data before my trip or stay. Please contact as soon as possible our Customer Service here and ask for a “passenger name correction” with the relevant information. Our Customer Service team will check this with the airline, hotel or any other contracted service that requires them to modify the data and will come back with their decision on your request. - I want to change the number of passengers (from one person to another) for an already booked trip, which requires the airline or hotel or other travel service provider to change the data before my trip or stay. Please contact as soon as possible our Customer Service here and ask for a “passenger change” with the relevant information. Our Customer Service team will check this with the airline, hotel or any other contracted service accordingly and will come back with their decision on your request. - I haven’t received my booking confirmation email. Can't find your booking confirmation email? Check our article on this matter here. If for any reason, the instructions of the article are not useful for you, the most probable thing that happened is that you might have incorrectly introduced your email when registering it. If so, go to our Privacy Form here, select rectify my data, correct my email, provide all the necessary information and follow the instructions. Our team will review your case and come back to you asap.
- I want to access my billing details or request invoices. You can do so by clicking here and log into your account and, if you don’t have any, access your trip directly with your booking ID and email, and selecting the billing option.

Regarding direct marketing direct communications:
- I would like to subscribe to them and benefit from receiving travel discounts, voucher codes and exclusive deals occasionally. Subscribe here.

I would like to stop receiving them. We prioritise your privacy and adhere to all applicable laws regarding marketing communications. You have complete control over the marketing channels through which you receive messages. If you wish to adjust your preferences or opt-out entirely, you can do so in one of the following ways:
- Email: Click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email you received.
- SMS: Reply 'STOP' to any marketing SMS you receive.
- Mobile push notification: Go to your device settings to deactivate Push notifications from our app.
If you unsubscribe from marketing emails, you'll still receive service emails about your bookings, as well as notifications of any updates in relation to your account, our terms, our notices and any other critical information. Changes typically go into effect after 48 hours, but can take up to 10 business days. If you're still receiving marketing emails 10 days after unsubscribing, please contact us: go to our Privacy Form here, select “Object to commercial communications”, provide all the necessary information and follow the instructions. Our team will review your case and come back to you asap.
- I would like to adjust my cookie preferences. Use our Consent Management Platform linked in our Cookie Notice. This will stop future cookies from being dropped on your device. In order to remove those that are already on your device, you'll need to clear those cookies directly on your device.
- I would like to have sent a copy of a call recording regarding a conversation I had with your Customer Service: You can ask for it in our Privacy Form here, by selecting the right to access, specifying in the comment section the call recording regarding the specific booking ID and date of the call, and follow the instructions. This way the team can share it with you if the call was recorded.
Remember that any change or cancellation are under our General Terms and Conditions, Prime Terms and Conditions, and the terms and conditions of the airline, hotel or any other travel or insurance service provider purchased, where applicable.
