Generally, you may modify your hotel booking up to the date of arrival. Please note that there may be cancellation or modification costs according to the conditions set by the hotel.
Please remember that any time limit, quoted by the hotel, to make changes will refer to the local time of the hotel.
If you wish to change your hotel booking, click on the link in your hotel confirmation email or log-in to Manage My Booking in case you want to proceed with the change.
Note: This information only applies to hotel bookings. If you wish to cancel a hotel reservation included in a Flight + Hotel booking, please check the corresponding section in the help menu.
This information applies for bookings with 10-12 digits. If your booking has a different format, please refer to your confirmation email, where you will find the way to contact your hotel provider.
