You may request an invoice at the time you make your booking online or through our mobile app.
In case you need to request an invoice after you made your hotel booking online, you can click on the link in your hotel confirmation email or log-in to Manage My Booking there you will have the option to request an invoice.
Note: This information applies for bookings with 10-12 digits. If your booking has a different format, please refer to your confirmation email, where you will find the way to contact your hotel provider.
