Prior to its start, you’ll be able to cancel your Travel Package online in the “Support area”, however it won’t necessarily lead to a refund.
The amount to be refunded depends on the fare conditions of your booking and service/s contracted. Depending on the fares and conditions of the airline and hotel, you may be entitled to a full, partial or no refund.
Some airlines and hotels may also apply a cancellation fee, and there are always elements of a booking that are non-refundable. Opodo will refund you the amounts obtained from the suppliers less £25 administration fee per passenger (unless you have selected a Standard or Premium option).
