How can I buy Flexible Name?
You can buy Flexible Name when booking a regular flight through our website by selecting a fare plus option where it's included. Flexible Name is currently not available in the App.
Can I buy Flexible Name only for certain passengers in my booking?
No. Flexible Name applies to the whole booking and cannot be bought for one passenger in particular.
How can I use Flexible Name?
Contact customer service before the first flight of your booking departs and request a name change for one of the passengers. Requests cannot be made 24 hours before your departure.
Conditions for using Flexible Name
- Flexible Name cannot be used 24 hours before the first flight of your booking departs
- Flexible Name can only be used to change the name of one of the passengers in the booking
- Flexible Name can only be used for the same flights in the booking and does not include any other add-ons purchased, such as seats, bags, insurance, etc.
- If a new ticket must be purchased to change a passenger's name:
- The request will not be possible if the flight(s) involved is/are sold out
- The customer will have to pay the difference if the new ticket exceeds the original amount paid
Can I use Flexible Name for only one flight in the booking?
No. All tickets bought for the original passenger must be changed to the new passenger’s name.
Can I use both Flexible Name and Flexible Date for the same booking?
No. You can only use one or the other for the same booking.
